Ken Masters, and his wife, Eliza. I've always known Ken as Spaghetti Head since I was like... eight, so there's always been issues with his hair. I like it though, don't get me wrong! It must need some caring attention though before any bouts...
Done in Pencil Crayons, and given a fuzzy warm glow in Photoshop.
