52. Japanese Prints

As Authentic as My Left Foot

Description

I wanted to draw a really gory picture based upon the cool death scenes on Samurai Shodown. Then I thought i'd be more inventive, and create it in the style of old Japanese prints!

It was quite hard to replicate the style, and I don't think i've done it too well to be honest. It was fun to do, but it was hard to get the right amount of detail into the image. And after all that, all the playing about with the image I did afterwards to make it old just hid the detail! Never mind...!
