5. Raging Storm!
Rock Howard's inherited special move, the Raging Storm
Description
I wanted to show the power of the move really, but it turned into spending loads of time on detail rather than showing the force. Pens to Photoshop, and then the flare was made in Illustrator for the smooth lines, then back into Photoshop.
