Metal Slug
Description
This picture spurred from a quick sketch on my tablet, and so I decided to draw it out properly by hand, and go through the usual scanning process.
For those Metal Slug fans, it is indeed Marco Rossi, with his shapely, characterful face. I've always loved the care and attention that went into the Metal Slug games (ignoring the poor effort on Metal Slug 4) and wanted to pay my respect towards those great games.
I have to admit I really like the colouring on this one, especially his skin tones. Typically I make everything highly desaturated, so I went for bold this time.
My only gripe being the background... but I never like backgrounds.

Hey,
I'm getting some Metal Slug tattoos done and I'm in desparate need of some decent high res artwork really inpsired from the sprites.
Have you got any ideas where I can get some or any idea if anyone has done any. It'd be great if you could drop me a line and let me know.
